Group movement class up to 10 people inspired by Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic and functional movement, you will reprogram the fundamentals of how you move while also deepening awareness of the body.  You will work hard yet still come out feeling lighter, more connected and stronger with better understanding how to find good posture during your day.
